Centered around the pivotal theme "Your Journey, Your Growth: Forming Your Inner Cadre," participants had the opportunity to articulate their personal aspirations and share their experiences in cultivating Inner Cadres. With equal participation ensured through timed comments, reminiscent of our inaugural meeting in November, the evening fostered dynamic dialogue and mutual learning.  

Beyond the structured discussions, attendees engaged in informal networking, fostering connections, and discussing the triumphs and challenges encountered in building like-minded collaborations. This event served as a platform for honing strategies to navigate obstacles on our collective path towards freedom.
